Lynda Elliott’s enthusiasm and professionalism made our home selling experience both pleasant and successful. There were projects that had to be done before putting the house on the market so Lynda found the resources we needed and was there since we couldn’t be. Lynda gracefully handled our sale involving multiple parties. There were 3 sellers, two signers and 2 trusts to navigate. Lynda was very helpful and patient. I would recommend her to anyone selling a home in the Santa Barbara area.
