We worked with Daniel to buy our house in Santa Barbara. We were new to the area and also pregnant with our first child. Daniel and his staff made the process of buying a home simple. They guided us every step of the way. We never had to worry that anything would fall through the cracks-we could trust and rely on them 100%.
We are so happy in our new home. The Zia Group also referred us to excellent contractors that renovated it for us. We will work with Daniel on any future residential purchases and highly recommend his group.
