When we moved to the Santa Barbara area in 2014 we were referred to the Zia group during our house search. We were so pleased with them that when we were ready for retirement and moving back to our home in another state we reached out to Daniel and his team to help us sell our home. We feared selling during a pamdemic would be a difficult process, but they made it so easy. After one weekend of showings we received 11 offers! Daniel and his team helped us sort through them and negotiated to get us the best outcome. The end result was that the house was under contract a week after it was listed for an amazing price. If we ever have friends looking to buy or sell in the Santa Barbara area we will not hesitate to recommend the Zia group.
