Zia Group immediately stood out to me for their impressive portfolio of imagery and number of sales in the Santa Barbara real estate market. I had felt misrepresented in the past with other agents and the way my gorgeous property was portrayed; a place I built with such attention to the epic Montecito landscape to raise my family. Upon meeting Daniel and his team, I felt both at ease and enthusiastic about embarking on this listing journey. Their level of professionalism is unprecedented.
