Jon was extremely professional and helpful in purchasing our first home in Santa Barbara. He communicated with us throughout the process and helped us to find the perfect home and then hired and scheduled contractors for us as we were on a tight schedule to move in. We would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again for future real estate transactions! He is wonderful to work with and went out of his way to make everything run smoothly.
