The Zia Group is hands down THE best in Santa Barbara. A team of great character, genuine – plus they have a huge heart for the city of SB. A huge, huge shout out goes out to Alan Siebenaler. I’ve known him for about 6 years now and have come to the conclusion that he is hands down the biggest hearted and most creative real estate agent I’ve ever met. I don’t know if there’s anything he can’t find a solution for as his strategies, out of the box thinking, knowledge and foresight into the market is incredibly valuable. I’d also like to point out that his care for others and their needs is obvious. A great guy to have on your side. I highly recommend him and the Zia Group.
