Daniel Zia of the Zia Group is as professional as they come in the real estate market of Santa Barbara and Montecito. Working with Daniel and his staff is sincere, trustworthy, comprehensive and encouraging. They understand the market thoroughly and truly want each customer to find the perfect home or sell for the highest price possible. I sold my home and purchased another with Daniel so I sat on both sides of the selling and buying position. I was especially grateful for his honest approach with me; I knew that I could trust him and not feel like he was just interested in getting a commission.
