We worked with Daniel and his team to purchase a second home in Santa Barbara. We visited many properties with Daniel on several occasions over the course of about 12 months, so we got to know him pretty well. Daniel is extremely professional and good at what he does. From the beginning of the process he was extremely responsive, attentive and helpful. He spent a lot of time informing us about all of the different neighborhoods in the area, which became very useful as we finally narrowed down our choices. Daniel always made himself available when we came into town to look at homes. He is honest and direct, so we always felt like we were getting our questions answered. He also strikes a good balance between helping buyers get what they want, and helping buyers understand what the sellers want.
When we finally found a home we wanted to buy, Daniel was extremely helpful throughout our negotiations. As with any home purchase, there were lots of items that we needed help with – especially since we don’t live in Santa Barbara. We really felt like Daniel was on our team and available at a moment’s notice in order to help explain everything to us. We are excited to have finally closed on our new home and cannot thank Daniel enough for his patience, attention, professionalism, kindness, and honesty. You are in good hands with the Zia group!
