I have moved a bunch over the years, but earlier this year it was my first time selling and purchasing a home. My husband bought our home previously with the help of Daniel Zia, and so we met with him again. He was thorough in capturing our hopes, dreams for a new home as well as our budget. He sent us many listings to look over and when we had narrowed down our top choices, he and his team were efficient, prompt and friendly to work with! The process felt more smooth than I expected! Knowing how “in demand” the housing market is and some of the nuances of Santa Barbara in particular, Daniel and his team were great! The guidance helped us land our top choice home!
