I’ve worked with a number of real estate agents over the years and can say with confidence that Daniel Zia is by far the best I have ever worked with. Moving from out of the area meant that I needed expert advice and support, from learning about Santa Barbara neighborhoods through negotiating the details of a successful purchase. Daniel showed genuine interest in helping me find the right home, and he and his team were there for me every step of the way, even following up to make sure my transition went smoothly. I do not hesitate to recommend Daniel to anyone who plans to buy or sell in the Santa Barbara area.
